هذا الكتاب عبارة عن شرح مختصر ومفيد للغاية لكتاب التوحيد الشهير لشيخ الإسلام محمد بن عبد الوهاب. ويتناول الكتاب، كما يوحي عنوانه، موضوع عبادة الله وحده لا شريك له. ويسلط المؤلف الضوء على كثير من الأمور التي انتشرت بين المسلمين مع أنها من الشرك الواضح. ولا يتميز هذا الكتاب بأهمية موضوعه فحسب، بل أيضًا بالمنهجية التي اتبعها المؤلف والتي اشتهر بها. وسيجد القارئ أن أغلب الكتاب يتكون من آيات قرآنية وأحاديث النبي (ص) وأقوال المسلمين الأوائل. والشرح الوارد في نهاية كل باب من كتاب التوحيد هو تفسير العلامة عبد الرحمن السعدي، الذي يعد من كبار علماء العصر الحديث. ولد بالقصيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية سنة 1307هـ، وانهمك منذ صغره في طلب العلم. وقد أدى تفانيه وتعطشه للمعرفة إلى أن يصبح مرجعا في كثير من العلوم الإسلامية كما يظهر من الكتب التي ألفها. توفي سنة 1376هـ رحمه الله.
