Description
This Mushaf uses a practical phonetic system to make correct Tajweed recitation easier for readers of all levels. Specific letters are colour-coded so the reciter can instantly recognise how to pronounce them while reading:
Red — Letters requiring extended vocalisation
Green — Letters that should be nasalised (ghunnah)
Dark Blue — Indicates emphatic articulation of the letter Rā’
Light Blue — Qalqalah letters, which produce a light echoing sound
Grey — Letters that are written but not pronounced
With continued use, readers naturally apply up to 24 Tajweed rules accurately — just as easily as recognising everyday colour signals like red and green lights — allowing the mind to remain focused on reflection and understanding of the Qur’an’s meaning.
