Allah, the Most High said:“And indeed, you are of a great moral character." [Qur'an (68): 5]The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is nothing which is heavier upon the balance than the good character." MuslimFor a Muslim, nobility of character is sought from the Qur’an and Sunnah. True servitude to Allah, the Most High, is to adhere to the principles, fundamentals and etiquettes that are based upon the teachings of Islam with complete submission to Allah and His final Messenger, Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him).Curing the character and uncontrolled lust is of utmost importance in any individual’s life. For this reason it is imperative that the believer seeks to apply the teachings of our righteous predecessors, who were at the pinnacle of ethics and nobility. Their equilibrium in every matter related to faith, character and manners is a shining example for all those that would like to tread in their footsteps. The Islamic personality has a lot to offer for well-being of individuals, communities and society at large. Many a time people see Islam through the lens of cultural practice or the region of one’s ancestry. For this reason, this book will offer the reader a valuable insight into the teachings of this pristine faith. This work covers the ethics of eating, marriage and companionship, earning a living, traveling, enjoying the good and staying away from sin and evil deeds, as well the rulings on music and singing. It ends with heartfelt advice from our righteous predecessors and illustrates the beautiful character of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).Anyone who adorns them self with this Islamic Character will indeed achieve nobility of the elite of Allah’s creation, which is beloved to our Creator, Allah, the Most High.“O Muslim, adorn and beautify yourself with great morals and manners.”

A complete authoritative book on the life of Prophet Muhammad صلی الله علیه وآله وسلم by Sheikh Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarkpuri.
It was honoured by the World Muslim League as first prize winner book. Whoever wants to know the whole life style of the Prophet in detail must read this book. Muhammad صلی الله علیه وآله وسلم is the Messenger of ALLAH, and those who are with him, are severe against the disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking bounty from ALLAH and (His) Good Pleasure.
The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (fore heads) from the traces of prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurah (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, and becomes thick and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the sowers, that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. ALLAH has promised those among them who believe and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (Paradise). (Al-Fath: 29) The Prophet Muhammad صلی الله علیه وآله وسلم said: “The example of guidance and knowledge with which ALLAH has sent me is like abundant rain falling on the earth. Some of which was fertile soil that absorbed rain-water and brought forth vegetation and grass in abundance. (And) another portion of it was hard and held the rain-water and ALLAH benefited the people with it and they utilized it for drinking (making their animals drink from it) and to irrigate the land for cultivation. (And) a portion of it was barren which could neither hold the water nor bring forth vegetation (then that land gave no benefits).
The first is the example of the person who comprehends ALLAH’s Religion (Islam) and gets benefit (from the knowledge) which ALLAH (Azawajal) has revealed through me (the Prophet صلی الله علیه وآله وسلم) and learns and then teaches it to others. The (last example is that of a) person who does not care for it and does not take ALLAH’s Guidance revealed through me (he is like that barren land).” (Al-Mukarramah)
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Islam is built upon five [pillars]: testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establishing prayer, paying zakāt, performing ḥajj to the Sacred House, and fasting in Ramaḍān” (narrated by al-Bukhārī and Muslim).
This concise treatise outlines each of these five pillars with the clarity and detail necessary for correct understanding and proper practice. Its author, Shaykh ʿAbd al-Ghanī al-Ghunaymī al-Maydānī (d. 1298 AH / 1880–81 CE), was a renowned Damascene scholar who memorized the Qur’an in his youth and studied with the leading scholars of his time. Distinguished not only for his deep expertise in Islamic law but also for his piety and devotion, he is best remembered for his widely acclaimed commentary on the Ḥanafī legal classic Mukhtaṣar al-Qudūrī, known simply as al-Lubāb.
Allah commands us to worship and obey Him with sincerity, reverence, love, and gratitude. In the Qur’an, He says:“And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, keeping the religion pure for Him, being upright, and to establish prayer and give zakah. That is the true religion.” (98:5)
True worship, however, is not possible without knowledge.
This concise work presents the essential knowledge every Muslim must acquire. Rooted in the methodology of traditional Sunni Islam according to the Shafi‘i school of law, it is designed to help believers ensure their worship is valid, sound, and correct—all within a short time.
